Okay, I finally saw this somewhere online so I guess it's okay to post it here.

This cover features a character that can manifest Japanese Folklore.

Things sorta changed for me on this one. I decided that I'm going to try and be less literal with covers and have more fun with design elements, etc. It's probably my best work to date, IMO.

Hopefully, I'll hate it sometime soon. I already see some major flaws and things I could of done better. I guess that's a good thing!

Irredeemable Cover Number 4 by =urban-barbarian: "Why does this deserve a DD? Because Dan took the source material, rejected the obvious impulse to do the standard comic cover and give us a mystery. Who is this blue woman? What's with all Japanese line art floating around her head? These are questions I'd ask myself in the comic book store. And that is what makes a GOOD comic book cover. Hell, any book cover. Plus, the art is beautiful!!! Focusing on just the face is hard to pull off when, like I said before, the obvious choice might have been to do a standard T&A shot of a hot asian chick."
