A little while back I was approached by MUSE wunderkin Thomas Kirk [ you can follow his exploits on Twitter by clicking this
[link] ] to design a Retro looking robot for MUSE's new Unsustainable music video and possible Tour Icon. Above are some of the initial designs I came up with.
Most of the designs are based on 50's style movie and toy robots. There's something both nostalgic and creepy to robot concepts from over a half century ago.
With the proper MuseBot selected, I worked with Roger Kupelian [ here's a
[link] to his work ] to create a 3D Model for the video. Thomas Kirk then took the 3D Model and further enhanced the design by really amping expressions on the face-monitor. You can see the results in the video by clicking this

Jokes aside, great job, Dan. Iīm starting to think that thereīs nothing you canīt do. Youīre like a super artistic force. Soon enough, kids will argue who would win on a fist fight between Superman and Dan.
